So in my usual tearing hurry to get out the door, I plunged into the fridge and grabbed the black container that held leftovers of this marvelous chicken & cabbage salad Mr. Handsome-and-Handy made for dinner last night. (I'll share the recipe later - it's inspired by Chinese chicken salad, but not completely authentic.)
Here's the lunchtime reveal:
Well, at least I got a laugh out of it...Mr. H&H, on the other hand, ended up with a highly crunchy salad requiring lots of chewing, and he had a mouth sore & swollen from getting a filling replacement.
Ha! Good thing you live near a lot of food sources. I almost panic if I think I've forgotten my lunch.
